Penny pinching because I expected oil in the engine

Would loved to given a lower rating but couldn't. Jason is a Top bloke . Contacted him about a taxi I had got delivered . On checking oil level it was empty. But I'm only nitpicking as I only paid 1649 for it and what did I expect. Bit beter customer service in my opinion
