I wanted an item of furniture made to my own specs having found that nothing mass-produced fitted my needs. I found this company whilst searching the internet and felt they matched my need. They had an impressive selection of furniture they had made. I completed the contact form and was soon emailed back by Andrew who explained that Peter was on holiday for 3 weeks and they would contact me on his return. I waited and waited and waited until I sent a reminder. Andrew apologised saying he had forgotten to pass on my email to Peter. He said that Peter was not in a position to take on my job at the moment but might be in September! I was not at all impressed. If they don't want my job then it would be more honest to say so. I could have waited until September only to find they still were not able to take on my job. Appalling customer relationship. It is a wonder they have any customers if this is the way they treat them. Instead I went to West End Joinery who gave a brilliant service.

Peter made some bespoke shelves for my study earlier this year. He did an excellent job, they are well made, sturdy and they look great. I would recommend him to anyone.

Peter built us a fantastic made-to-measure window seat with storage cupboards for our bay window. We are extremely pleased with his superb craftsmanship and have been
happy to recommend him to any impressed visitors.

I RECENTLY MOVED AND WANTED SOME UNITS MADE FOR MY HALL AND LOUNGE , I FOUND PETER AND WAS AMAZED BY HIS STANDARD OF WORK AND CRAFTSMANSHIP , HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS SECOND TO NONE AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE , THE UNITS LOOK FANTASTIC AND MADE TO MEASURE , HE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICE WISE AND A LOVELY CLEAN WORKER
