Should be NO STARS! BEWARE any house sellers you are not getting all the viewings! As a potential purchaser of a property in Perivale I asked to view 2 properties. Yes a property will need to be sold (as in most cases) but no mortgage application needed and yet refused the viewings of those properties as Peter Gamble deems us “not proceedable”. Surely, it is up to the sellers whether they accept our offer or another person’s offer! Seems to me that properties are being kept for particular kinds of ‘special’ people associated with Peter Gamble. Sellers want to sell their property not have people refused to even view. There are many more estate agents where I can view properties but I will NEVER contact Peter Gamble again.
