Brilliant technician knew the problem straightaway and had the heat exchanger out in nothing flat. He came back twice when pressure lost to fit the part out of hours.. Well known in this area 10 out of 10

5 jobs, 1 was to do 2x gas saftey checks, all was fine. 2 one was to take a radiator off which was all fine other than the fact the brackets were left on. The 3 was connecting up a mobile home, a few months later we found that the toilet pipe wasnt attached properly and the gas bottle was leaking. 4 job was plumbing in an ensuite so 1st we had a water leak as no one had drained the syststem, i then asked him if it was ok to close up the floor, he then tells me its ok, i book someone in to do it , find out that it cant because he hasnt actually finished the job i had paid him for. 5 job is a new water tank. He came to do this and let us down due to other jobs even when booked in, the problem came when he had sent an invoice before he had completed the job which i thought was strange, so i called other plumbers to see if this was normal. They told me it needed to be commisioned first to check it works ok. We had no idea if it did so we offered half payment. He took it out and left.
