Excellent Repair of Indesit Washing Washing

Our Indesit washing machine recently developed a bad leak. When I phoned Peter to ask him to investigate the problem he clearly explained his very reasonable charging structure and then made an appointment to visit us. Peter thoroughly examined the outside and inside of the machine and discovered a hole in the drum, which was probably caused by 2 coins he found under the drum. He then repaired the hole with a quick setting plastic weld product. He suggested this repair as a much cheaper option than him fitting a replacement drum or us buying a new machine. The machine is now operating correctly. I would highly recommend Peter for his very friendly, knowledgeable, fairly priced and efficient service

Excellent service from a local Torbay Appliance Engineer

Our 3 1/2 year old AEG dishwasher suddenly stopped working and after checking for obvious blockages I tried to phone AEG help. After being held on answerphone twice for 20 minutes each time, being told I was a valued customer, I was cut off. An email failed to get any response either so I searched the web and found Pete Faulkner and his customer reviews. I don’t believe all I read but decided to call Pete to see if he could help. He arrived at our home at the agreed time, listened to our experience when the machine stopped working and then quickly located and sorted the problem, all for a very reasonable call out fee. Brilliant service and I wouldn’t hesitate call on on Pete’s services in the future. Highly recommended.
