I phoned up to place an order for a 70th birthday,the phonecall was a total shambles from start to finish,the phoneline was absolutely horrendous with lots of background noise,up so they couldn’t understand what I was saying,when I was eventually given a different number to ring I asked the lady to go over again my order which she did.fast forward 3 days when the flowers should have been delivered,they were nowhere to be seen.I phoned the shop and was told that the date they had down was totally different,I was then told that the flowers would be delivered the following day as the florists van was in the garage having a service!I really wasn’t happy about this service but nothing I could do about it.They finally arrived a day late but when they did arrive they were absolutely stunning.
I felt extremely let down with the service especially as I paid a significant amount of money.I understand that a card shop takes the orders not the actual florist.I wouldn’t recommend this service.

Flowers delivered for our golden wedding were amazing (hand tied bouquet) a wonderful selection of flowers some unexpected in your average bouquet. They lasted over 20 days. Thank you once again, I would thoroughly recommend this florist and definitely use them again.

So happy with my beautiful roses . . and their smell fills the room. I can't be with my guy due to lockdown restrictions but these made my day.
