We saw Monique in the Woolston branch who was unfriendly to both us and the pet, we were over charged and received an additional charge for a treatment that was not necessary and that we hadn't agreed to. Every conversation resulted in the vet trying to sell us products, regardless of whether it was appropriate.
We will not be returning and we would encourage people to avoid this vets.
