I have been a customer of Pet city for a while now & I can honestly say that the corals and marine stock that they have in is amazing ,top quality and priced really good , certainly good value for your money .
The corals that they stock really are stunning ,brilliant variety and the best picked quality corals on the market for sure .
Staff have excellent knowledge ,always happy to help & very friendly .

We bought a hamster 2 jan and it only lasted 9 weeks when I rang up the guy on the phone said there is no guarantee on animals which I understand but how come it only lasted such a short time my grandson was devastated never again felt after service very poor he couldn’t wait to get me off phone

Well where to begin bought a tmc digital heater 3 months a go from pet city tong street came home to a oscar tank temperature that stated 26 degrees but oddly all my Oscars were on bottom of the tank on there side . So quickly tested water and temperature and to my shock (WATER TEMPERATURE ) was 17 degrees but the digital heater stated 26 so quickly took the heater out and took to pet city with my finding s . Old fella says give us 5 minutes will test it ,comes back with some one called DANNY . Danny says the led is working and it’s warming up contact tmc ,To me that’s working so I can’t give you a refund .so I stated I will have to buy another that’s how confident i am it’s faulty ,led states 26 actually is 17 so it will feel warm. contacted tmc said take it back to the store of purchase . Trading standards is the route I’m now taking very rude and unprofessional . Overall shocking extremely unprofessional behaviour and I had to buy another heater wow why would I need two if itwork
