BAD WORKMANSHIP

Scam as the work was not what the company advertised and has fraudulently taken money for the work from vulnerable people. The work was not done or installed for the purpose from stopping pigeons from nesting underneath. £840 was charged and the owner PEST PRO UK Ltd Graham refuses to complete the work to the standard of being acceptable. The company takes your money, fobs you off and is not trustworthy. The guarantees are supposed to be for 10 years but are just for here to say and not valid so I would advise any one wanting such service to go to another company. I can supply proof of fact.

We are extremely concerned by your comments, you wrote to us via email on 7th April stating the corners of the installation had small gaps and we reassured you that this was just a different method of cutting the corners in. Our work is guaranteed for 10 years against birds getting under, however as you were not happy as a customer we agreed to come out and redo the corners to your liking, as soon as this was agreed you complained about other issues that are not relevant to the purpose of the installation, which then resulted in you falsely accusing us of damaging a tile in an area where we had no need to access. The stress and threats we have received from you have been relentless, untrue and erratic, yet we have always replied with professionalism and politeness. As a business that prides itself on customer service, we are dismayed that it has come to this as every effort has been made from ourselves to manage your expectations on the proofing of your panels.

Had a problem with wasps nesting in garden sleepers. Tried some of my own treatments from online research - but nothing worked properly.
Called PestPro, who were able to come out the same day.
Costs were very fair and included them returning for any follow-up treatment (which does not seem to be required - looks like the treatment worked first time).
Would highly recommend.
