Pest problems

I would not recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem!
The owner rob is very inexperienced and very overpriced!
From my experience with him he carried out poor workmanship and poor customer service , never heard from again after I paid him.
was supposed to return some weeks later to carry out an inspection but never did , if I can give any advice it would be to avoid this company and choose a professional one

So helpful!!

I called to get help as I had never encountered mice in my home before, I have been living in my home for 29 years. When I called, Ron ( owner of the business) was honest to tell me that he was unable to make it down as his motor was in repairs until Sunday. However, he was so informative as to what my next steps should be if I couldnt wait until then (I called on wednesday). I told him that I needed a pest controller urgently, so I called around and he welcomed me to calling him back to let me know if other pest controllers were over charging me and the type of questions to ask them before booking them. Consequently, after several high quotes. I found someone good with a good quote all because I had the right information and because I knew the right questions to ask. Thank you so much- it's rare to find someone who is actually willing to help without a cost!
