Poor communication

He Came to look at my garden to give a quote, he came to have a look and said he will contact me with a price. Heard nothing since, tried messaging him a few times but no reply. In future he should be honest and say he is to busy to do the job rather than not replying to potential customers.

Hi. I can only apologise. I had sent you a quotation after your last text I presumed you had received it but wasn't going ahead, hence why I didn't try to make further contact, I didn't want to come across pushy. As I say I can only apologise but I blame technology more than myself 😊 I would be more than happy to resend if you are not already sorted many thanks Paul

To the rescue

We had Paul and his band of very merry men come and work on our garden. Before Paul started I described our garden as "you walk through a lovely house through into a junkyard" and now our garden had been transformed into a tranquil and beautiful place to be. Unfortunately the weather has permitted this. Paul and his team were very professional but extremely easy to get along with. Paul knows his stuff and sat me down to read through the extensive list of plants I could have and totally understood the look and feel I was after. They worked hard and Paul didn't stop until he was 1000% happy with his work. Everyone has commented even the husband so I'll definitely be having these guys in again...if even for the free ice cream! Thanks Guys!

We have had Peskcape maintain our large gardens in Albrighton for the past 8 months we are over the moon with the difference they have made compared to the previous garden company we had, Paul has an extensive knowledge of plants and we often ask him for advice on certain plants which is ideal, its just like having our very own Alan Titchmarsh :-)....... They are very happy and friendly lads who make a real effort to talk to me and my family.... Highly recommended

hi Mr Thomas, I have sent you a letter of apology. Unfortunately I have been ill from the Monday 1st when i said id be in touch until the Friday 5th when I phoned you which was the first day I was up and about and able to contact you I apologise for the 4 day delay in contact but I was genuinely ill, I dont intentionally let people down as i stated in the letter it was just an unfortunate turn of events hence me sending you a letter.
