Superb tubs and service

I purchased 2 tubs and am thrilled with them - my holiday let guests even more so.
I rang and emailed with various questions about maintenance and upkeep from getting the Dutch oil to rub in the wood case surround monthly - all sorts - and they have been helpful, kind and patient. (Very patient, actually as I am very intense!).
When I did have a technical issue they responded same day and clients get a mobile number for one of the staff for 24/7 urgent calls - a company that really cares.
I highly recommend the purchase of an easy tub lid lifter too!
Tubs are attractive in design, eco friendly and look delightful in my gardens.
I would not hesitate to recommend the company and look forward to their on line shop for support products.

Promised delivery before Easter failed to deliver , when they finally did deliver hot tub would not fit no survey offered sent photos of access never informed of problems paid 50 percent deposit no refund given not responding for refund
