Performance Computers

I called Performance Computers as I was unable to connect my PC to the new Virgin router. I made it plain that I was happy to pay their call out charge as I needed this connection restored quickly. To their everlasting credit they didn’t try to profit from my rather limited knowledge of computers and instead diagnosed the problem over the phone and suggested I called into the shop to purchase a new USB Adapter (cost £19). I fitted this in 2 minutes and problem solved. They could have visited my home, baffled me with computer gibberish, fitted exactly the same part and charged me £100. They choose not to do so. After dealing with large national and multi-national companies what a wonderful surprise to find there still are some honest companies that actually want to assist their clients and not merely concentrate on their bottom line. I cannot recommend Performance Computers too highly.

I cannot recommend Performance computers more highly. The service is excellent as is the support. Very helpful staff who take the time to listen to what you want. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
If you need any help with existing computers or want to buy or upgrade this is the place to go.

I had used Performance Computers on several occasions to repair and up date my old computer, the it finally gave up the ghost as it was long past its sell by date. The fellow at their shop called around and picked it up, he was very polite and next day I got a phone call, the mother board was beyond repair. He gave me a price for a new board and after a chat I decided to go with a new machine which was cheaper. My new machine arrived and I found it smart to look at, well made and fast. I am very pleased and would not go any where else. Brilliant!
