One star because none isn't an option. Shoddy service and no duty of care to the customer.
1When I expressed concern at how I would get the envirofill bags into my house alone because of weight, the sales guy said that he would put instruction on the delivery note that the drivers would help. You'd think that he would have alerted that the grass is even heavier. Apparently "everybody" they deal with knows that the grass is heavy. It is mind boggling that in a conversation about how I'd manage the envirofill, they did not advise the grass weight.
To be clear, I had countless conversations with this firm over the phone and via email where I did ask many questions while discussing the job. The salesman knew full well I was a private customer managing a small garden job and I would be taking delivery of the products by myself.
