Friendly service with a smile. Prompt (and free) delivery for even relatively small orders. They have a good range of materials and are also extremely good value - much better than the big DIY chains - always my first port of call when embarking on my next DIY project.

Appalling customer service!
No consideration for other people living in a road that was blocked today for 20 minutes plus whilst the driver shrugged his shoulders and would give no indication of how long he would be. Drivers were requesting some sort of time frame to which he would not give an answer and told one young lady she should call the police!!!!
