Without question, the most unprofessional financial services business I have had the misfortune to deal with. I should have realised right from the beginning but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Despite a request in writing,asking for evidence to support what had been done on my behalf the request was ignored. On the very day I wrote my email, what a coidcidence that it was claimed that I had a "poor credit record". I knew that was a lie. To the contrary, I had a written credit score of 916/1000 deemed to be 'outstanding' by No evidence of my "poor credit score" was given by Peplo and I feel it was an excuse to get out of promises. Instead of disclosing what had been done on my behalf, despite asking for it in writing, I recceived a telephone call offering me an immediate refund of fees. It suggested to me that they hadnt done what had been claimed. I was not given an apology for the service I deemed was unprofessional. Avoid this outfit at all costs.
