I was recommended to call Pennywise as I had a problem with our tumble dryer. Although they were unable to help with a repair as parts were no longer available for our make of dryer, they gave me a lot of helpful advice as to the options for a replacement. I was so impressed with their service, that I bought a new dryer from them, which they came and fitted in a matter of days. The job was not straightforward as the dryer had to be installed as an integrated unit, in an existing fitted kitchen. Despite a few complications, they had the job done in about half and hour, took away my old dryer, and all for a very reasonable fee. The cost of the dryer was the same as I could have bought online. All in all, I am very pleased with the service received and would recommend Pennywise as a reputable and capable trader.

Absolutely brilliant, answered all my questions. Have had my last 4 washing machines from them and have just bought another, so have been using them for well over 25 years!

Very honest and reliable company. my washer flooded the kitchen. Over the phone he said to have a look at their website in case I needed a new one. The prices looked good, but the guy came and knew exactly what the problem was. I thought I was looking at a new washer but it was one small part that came quickly and the charges were less than I expected. I hope I don't need them again but I would use them again without any concerns at all. Honest tradesmen that get you going again as cheaply as possible. :-)
