Peartree Garage

I used the services of this garage to replace the old rims with the new alloy wheels I brought. They returned the car with dirty wheels and edges and smeared it with white grease. I drove home, and after washing it, I noticed three rims were damaged. One rim has a lot, almost half a wheel paint taken out, the other a little. The next problem is that the central holes of the three are badly scratched. I filed claims as the owner of the garage, stating that you damaged it yourself, and without damaging the central holes, it is still impossible to balance it. Detailed photos have been taken and we will file a complaint with the Motor Ombudsman for compensation if the service does not offer any solution.
Avoid!

Cannot recommend highly enough! The guys here went above and beyond to help me out today. They are honest reliable and very good price wise. Will definitely be using regularly from now on.

Dont listen to the one star guy above - I received brilliant advice from them. My car developed an electrical fault and the VW garage up the road said the soonest they could look at it was two weeks!! I called this garage at 3.30pm and they squeezed my car in the same day for a diagnostic, before fixing the fault in full by the following morning. So they had seen my car twice in less than 24 hours and fixed the fault.

If thats not good I dont know what is!

Had £800 + of work done to my car at the OK Garage in MK and the quality of the new parts and the work put into the car was fantastic, however I was lied to twice about when it would be ready, once saying it would be ready the day after I dropped it off and the other time when they said it would be ready in the evening of the day after the one I was supposed to have it done by. In the end I ended up waiting 3 days of which I was not happy about, I feel as if there is no communication or leadership within the garage, and they are put to shame in terms of work ethnic when in comparison to the Roni's car wash place right around the corner.
