Just phoned to book my cat in for one night to get an "we are fully booked" without hesitation - I get the feeling that with such a fast reply a one night booking isn't worth the trouble.

I am sorry you feel annoyed and the necessity to review my business based on a short phone call, but firstly I would like to point out that I did ask what date you were thinking of before I told you we were full. I was able to do that without hesitation as I have commited within the last couple of days to making my facility available for fostering a number of abandoned kittens between now and Christmas - it has nothing to do with a one night booking not being worth the trouble as you have assumed.

Safe and secure

Have been leaving my precious bundles with Gillian for years and am delighted with how she looks after them every time. Belle and Ted are safe and secure, and all of their needs are catered for. Gillian is very flexible and attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend Peartree Cattery to anyone.
