Excellent service. Phoned them in the morning and they said they could not give me a time for their visit but they would phone to advise an hour before. They did and arrived with in the hour. Very pleasant knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I will recommend this business to anyone with similar washing machine issues.

Very fast response!! Recommended!!

Called Mark about a large leak coming from underneath the washing machine, damaging the ceiling in the cellar. He came to the property within a few hours with no notice and repaired the issue there and then, just charging the £25.00 call out fee. I noticed a few bad reviews after using Pearsons but can only speak as I find and we received a great service and will be using again. Thank you :-)

Highly recommended courteous and professional service

Problem with my fridge/freezer that was not working(Freezer OK fridge warm) phoned Pearsons and asked if they could take a look at the appliance for me. The guy on the phone asked me when I wanted it looked at I said I would like it looked at today because it was my day off from work, thinking this was pushing my luck but to my surprise he said ok but could not give me a time, I will be with you today and said he would phone about 1 hr before he was due to arrive and it would be a £25.00 call out charge and extra charge for any parts and labour to carry out the repair.
Then as promised around about Mid day he phoned then turned up 3/4 of an hour later went straight to work stripped the freezer down found the problem put it back together (No parts required)
charged me only for the call out and left after about 20 min.(Fridge now working)
I would highly recommend Pearsons to my friends and family for any white goods problems they may have Very courteous and professional service.

quotes double then can't get appliance back for weeks

They returned my vac after 17 days and dozens of calls from me, in its original damaged condition as I refused t pay double the original quote. Never have a repair from this company. They collected a vac which was working but had a damaged cable, gave a quote for £20 to replace the cable. After a week I asked repeatedly how long it would take and that I needed the vac returned. After about ten days I was eventually told it needed a circuit board in order to make it work which would cost twice the original quote. I refused to pay this and the vac was eventually returned unrepaired in its original condition after 17 days.

AVOID!

We have been in contact with this company since 28th April 2014 to fix my tumble drier. The took 3 weeks to get the engineer to "fix" the belt. Told my Dad it needed an extra part and charged an extra £15.
Within two days that new part failed and I cannot get them to come and repair their error. Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!!
Terrible customer service, terrible workmanship, terrible ethos.
