Pearl Pharmacy

This is the one the best Pharmacy, I have going in there for last 5 to 6 yrs now and I could not say anything bad.
There one person special in this place and her name is Krish, she is so wonderful, so helpful, sorts out my medications well.
She is the Gold for this Pharmacy.

I am new to this pharmacy and am delighted by the duty of care given by both Sita and Zain whenever I come in. They are always very friendly and welcoming. The service provided is impeccable! Thank you both for being so lovely :-)

Been coming here for 30 odd years, not so much recently as moved away but they are still as brilliant, friendly and helpful as ever

This is a great Pharmacy - Seat and Sim are lovely and friendly and I regularly take their advice about illness. They are always cheerful and remember my family members and ask about them.
The service is efficient and prompt - I feel very lucky that this is my local pharmacy - it offers a fantastic service.

The woman at the counter about 20 minutes ago was extremely rude. Her behaviour was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked how much a makeup remover was and then said “oh no thanks it’s too expensive” she scoffed at me and pulled a face. I couldn’t believe how rude she was I didn’t even know what to say. The whole time I was in the store before hand she had already had a tone with me when I asked where to find the makeup remover.

I won’t be going back and I hope she gets disciplined at the least. I hope she isn’t this nasty to all the young women that come in the store.
