Upset and appalling

Hi there me and amy wife came in on the 5 july at half past 6, we was not happy with our meals I had the mixed grill and so did my wife and had 2 bottles of house red wine, my wife has been poorly ever since then as we both had the chicken on the plate the wife part ate hers and it was still raw on the inside we asked for it to be made again and came back raw we complained to a staff member about a refund on our entire bill as we was dissatisfied with the service and food and was told no. Which is a bit of a shame really as we used to love coming to the pub but totally put us off and was a ruined, we are now upset to have spent £62 in your pub and it ruined our evening and anniversary.

Standard for the "Farm" franchise pub resturaunt group. Good Value Carvery but no real wow factor !

Eight of us went at 16:30 after a shopping trip to Monks Cross. It was packed and the car park was busting. Please note they have a number plate recognition system and you only get three hours ! Not very customer friendly me thinks ! Had carverys and fish type dishes. Carveries at the "farm" pubs are always good value at around £9.75 at the weekend. Cheaper through the week of course. However these places are always busy and to be honest noisy. Not the place to bring your date for a romantic meal. Definitely a family joint. That said we keep using the "farm" franchises as you know the standard and you get it consistantly. The service time for the non carvery food was twenty minutes. So there you are the typical pub carvery product.
