Ordered a part 7 days ago. Still no part arrived. The company are ignoring emails and calls. Disgraceful service

Would give less than 1 star is possible! One business to AVOID!
Ordered a part on the 24th July didnt hear anything from them by the 7th so called up to see what was going on. Took my order number and said some one would get back to me. No one did so on the 11th I rang up again, a young girl told me it was being sent up?? Asked what this meant and she said your refund is being sent through. I Asked why they was doing a refund when i was hoping for the part. She then put me on hold for a few minutes. Some one then picked the phone up and put it down. So i rang up again admittedly this is where i got angry and was hung up on for the 2nd time. 3rd time lucky i was told that the part had rusted so they was doing a refund. At no point was this ever communicated to me and the general way they speak to you is in a cant be arsed and generally rude manner. Wish i never bothered

Helpful team, best breaker in Bolton by far, when out there way to make sure i got the parts i needed for my car, will return again
