Disruptive and Loud

This is separate to the other review I have seen - but I can see I’m not the only one experiencing this, even though they are in a different area today. This company have just set up outside a street with many blocks of flats with an incredibly loud speaker and two workmen who are yelling and swearing at each other and people on the street throughout their work. They are working on the flat in the building next to us, I am in the adjacent building and working from home, and can hear the thudding of music and yelling from the other side of my flat through multiple doors. Why? I truly don’t understand why anyone would hire such disruptive workers?

The noise that these scaffolders are making has disturbed the whole area. Screaming and shouting. Surely no need for it.
