This place is amazing,they saved my very sick dogs life,i cant thank them all enough.

My cat went to Oldbury pdsa free from fleas and we took her expecting treatment for her broken leg. Unfortunately, due to the severity of her injuries, she was put to sleep. Adding on to this, they left her in one of those cages for 3 days with them. She was pretty much passing away when we took her and they told is worst case scenario would be an amputation. They got our hopes up and basicslly lied to us. Her chest bone was shattered and the vet that checked her over said that the worst outcome was an amputation like I have previously stated. When she came home, she was covered in fleas. She was 95% white so if she had any before going to the vets, I would've seen them. Be careful taking your pets here if they have to stay overnight, buy flea treatment just in case. My Neko came back deceased and covered in fleas and I was not very happy.

manager is awful. some Scottish guy basically told me because my cat had been in a week we had the option of either putting him down or i collect him and see if he lived but he was really pushing for me to have him put down because its costing alot to treat him. he went in with a urinary blockage. i collected my baby the same day and told him i will take my cat to a private hospital as they obviously dont want to help him. Safe to say...2 years later and my baby is still here with no thanks to that Scottish manager

They have rude receptionists who need to brush up on their customer service and people skills. They have treated our poor cat horribly, we brought our Bengal cat here because he was extremely poorly and we’ve had nothing but problems! NOBODY wanted to give us our cats test results they’ve been very secretive in our pets care they just kept telling us oh he needs to be euthanized with no explanation to follow.
They also hung up on myself 3 times when I told them I’m taking him elsewhere to get him professional help as they are not fit to do so! They told me that lastnight he was a lot better so when I questioned how this was I got nothing but attitude and when I asked for the name I got provided the wrong name!
Absolutely disgrace of a vets should never have gotten the funding to be a vets. They also questioned what car my partner drove . I’m disgusted and I’m making a formal complaint.

Cant Praise the Vets enough for saving my Dogs live with a big operation so Five stars plus for that
Excellent job but sadly the reception is not very good, because of the op the vet told be see wanted to see my
dog in 2 days time to make sure everything was ok but the receptionist would not book at the time
saying phone on the morning of the day she was due which I tried before 8.30 but could no get through
so tried phoning later that morning and when I got through the receptionist said snottily you should have
phoned earlier , when I replied I did a few times she said snottily again the lines have been ok all morning
and hung up on me very rude and I dont like being called a lier
