Brilliant, three out of three problems solved!

Brilliant. Julie, who answered the phone, was very knowledgeable which was encouraging from the off. I would never even consider now going to a large provider. They fixed a screen problem, a boot up problem and an internet connection problem. They've saved me £100's of pounds by fixing my rather old computer when the alternative was to buy a new one. Well done Julie and Tobie and any other back room staff.

Laptop Repair

I bought in a laptop which was quite old and had had a liquid spill beneath it. Was given the £60 Laptop Liquid Spill repair option and unfortunately the machines was beyond repair due to other issues. Was very impressed that, although work had bviously been done on my laptop, because repair wasn't possible there was no charge. I have subsequenly purchased a new machine and have used PC Wakeup to take my old files from the broken laptop and put them onto an external drive. This service costs £30 and I have been particularly impressed with the service I have received. Thank you.

Over about a 7 year life, my laptop started to give me problems. For the first few years it was 'Virus's' and more recently manual problems - slow startup, slow close down. Cursor jumping all over the page independently. For the 4th time I visited the store and was given the same info as previously given to me on the previous 3 visits. There were 2 service speed levels, Normal and Priority - priority cost a few pounds more and so I took it. I received a phone call at home that my hard drive was dying, and it was explained in detail that the replacement cost would be £X . The cost was a lot less than buying a similar model or even a cheap notebook! This company runs on 'good service' in my opinion and delivers in spades!
