PC Kings is a self-employed business from home. The business is set up to help people fix problems with their computers, laptops, tablet, mobile phones and more. We are looking to help everyone with their devices and to fulfill their needs. PC Kings are a call out and drop off service and we specialize in computer repair, laptop repair, tablets and including mobile phones however we are not limited to these and provide a fix for many devices you may have.

All devices are returned back to the customer the same day being fully repaired. There can be some occasions where we need to order parts and there would be delay in returning your device to you however the customer is kept up to date about their device.

Do not trust someone else with your device? or simply you do not have the time to travel to us to get your broken laptop repaired? Our computer technicians can travel to you at the cost of fuel and repair the device for you at the comfort of your own home therefore you can see exactly everything that is happening and you do not need to waste your own time.

There could occasionally be a problem which we cannot get our heads around. If this does happen, we promise to not charge you any fees for the call out or the repairs therefore you do not have anything to worry about. Our customer feedback is our most important attribute therefore we will do anything to keep our customers happy.

We are only human and everyone makes mistakes and if we do make a mistake you are entitled to a 14 day refund no questions asked. This could be if your not satisfied with the computer repair or even if you bought a part which turned out faulty, its all covered.
