Poor Communication and didn't turn up for an appointment

The first time I used their services, they're communication was good, turned up on time and did a good job. The second time I booked them in, they didn't turn up and didn't contact me. It was only when I contacted them I was offered no apology or reason for not turning up, just an offer to come a different day.
