Above and beyond the call of duty

Paul came recommended by locals who he had done work for and I’m glad to say he delivered what it says on the tin - clear advice with a no nonsense approach to problem identification, prompt subsequent work to a very high standard and with a wicked sense of humour. He went the extra mile sourcing replacement parts no longer in production and was flexible and accommodating with work commitments. I’ve used him a couple of times already and would have no hesitation in doing so again. It’s so reassuring to have a reliable, conscientious and personable electrician local to where you live. Can’t speak highly enough of him

We contacted PB Electrical on Thursday afternoon to have a shower replaced. Spoke to Paul who agreed to look at the job on Friday. He came Friday afternoon just as promised and the job was completed by 5pm, including ensuring full instructions were understood. Quick, neat and very efficient. Pleasant to deal with. Excellent standard of work and we would not hesitate to call him again for any future work needed. Would highly recommend. Thanks Paul.

How refreshing it was to deal with this company after being let down three times by another Electrician. After initial phone call James was at my house within two hours and I had a quote for the work very quickly indeed. James was polite, friendly and clearly a very knowledgeable guy who told me what options I had for the work I wanted carrying out. The quote was very reasonable and I requested they go ahead ASAP. All work was fully completed by James the next day in a neat and tidy way. I will defo use these guys again, they have restored my faith in good tradesmen. Thank you so much guys!
