Paws Galore Pet Sitters Ltd

I started using Pets Galore in June for a weekend and had Ricardo look after my cat. He was absolutely incredible, sent pictures everyday, kept me updated and was very caring. I used Ricardo again for two weeks at the end of August (my cat had just had some health issues but Ricardo helped give him his medication and would regular send me long updates comforting me that my kitty is doing well. Could not be more happy with my experience with Ricardo and Paws Galore and would recommend it to everyone.

I have been using Paws Galore to look after my cats since 2012. They are great company. Very trustworthy. My cats love Becky the sitter who comes round and Becky keeps me informed of their activities with photos which I really like when I am away. I have and will continue to recommend Paws Galore to my friends. Kasey is always quick to reply and it is so good to have a company I know I can rely upon to look after my pets - and without having to worry about the cats or the house whilst I am away.

From the first day that I reached out to Paws (recommended by someone at work), I was impressed by the business model: my in-home sitter messaged me so that she could stop by and meet my dog and cat (Alex and Fiddy) and introduce herself. As nervous as a parent, I felt reassured that my guys would be in great hands. Almost as important, Kacey was incredibly flexible with changes in my travel plans, and remained so for the many work trips - always subject to last minute changes - for the next two years that we lived in London. We used only a few different sitters (over and over, to be sure) while we were in London, but the vetting process always made us feel as if we were getting someone who was compassionate, trustworthy, and reliable.

The Paws Galore service is excellent for two reasons. The quality of the pet sitters is better than any competitors we have tried and the company makes the effort to assign the same person each time meaning your pets get to know the sitter and you have someone you can trust in your home. I will always use this company when I need a cat sitter.

Paws Galore are a great company - they are trustworthy, reliable and ultimately, they love animals! You know that your pets and homes are in safe hands.

We have a cat who has a visit from Paws Galore when we go away - they feed and water her and spend time playing with her - even bringing new toys to entertain her.

We met with Kacey when she came to our house for an introduction and felt very reassured.
