Swore at me on the phone. I rang him back because i wasn't sure if I heard correctly, but he swore at me again on the second call. I wonder how genuine his reviews are.

We asked Paul to refit two levels with new, real wood flooring. Ground level was oak planks which he fitted brilliantly with skirting. Top floor was a parquet herringbone style of small real wood plank. We were quoted very high figures before speaking with Paul who put laid them perfectly. He’s a thoroughly nice guy, no nonsense and hard working.

Wish I could post pictures of end result to prove quality but think he’ll do that himself.
