Use Paul and you will live to regret it. Desperate to repair a broken cistern, thought I would reduce carbon footprint by going local - 4 streets away. Paul never gave me a paper quote and had to order the unit from Scotland.. Turned out he didn't have to assemble anything. He even wanted my son to carry the toilet pan up the stairs. The cheek of him. The grout in the wash basin was muddy, not the transparent grout you would expect for a £770+ unit. The grout along the bath is still uneven and wobbly. Bath panel cut badly and jaggedly. Toilet flush button hidden by the toilet cover. I didn't know he wouldn't take away bathroom unit nor do flooring. The short bath exposed some gaps in the tile and he promised he would make it good. He went home with my expensive sink taps whilst refusing to take other rubbish. He promised he would return them, but never answered my text. A real amateur and dishonest person. Where are my taps? Why no response to text. Never argued with the price.

Local plumbing supplier gave us Paul’s number late on a Friday afternoon as our toilet flush system broke. We bought the part needed & called Paul at around 5.45. By 6.00pm he was here & carried out the entire job on the spot! I’m disabled, my husband has Parkinsons & early onset dementia & he wasn’t able to figure it out himself. I’m blown away by Pauls speedy service at the end of a working day. Very reasonable too. Highly recommend.
