I would Highly Recommend Paul to anyone. He was extremely helpful and reasonably priced. He responded to my request promptly and managed to squeeze me in the following day. Very Knowledgeable and gave me some advice on other appliances in my home. His levels of Customer Service is second to none. Very Polite Individual. Thank You Paul. Can’t rate highly enough

Can’t rate Paul highly enough. Called him at 10:30 in the morning and my oven element was replaced and working by 2:30 the same day. Friendly guy and efficient, knowledgeable service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great Customer Service

Where do I start, I was given Paul’s no through a community group that had used his services before.

Finding the parts for the oven door that had smashed had been a challenge to source for at least 4 other companies.

But Paul did not give up, he sourced the parts, visited the property to make sure it was the correct ones, ordered them , and then arranged to fit them.

Paul kept me informed at every stage of the process .

Fab customer service all round I say, I will be definitely recommending him to others.

As a retired Quality Professional it was most refreshing to meet a fellow professional when Paul repaired the dryer function on our washer/dryer.
The whole process was extremely efficient and all fully explained in great detail.
Not only was the repair performed speedily and efficiently, the cost was amazing.
