Good, honest & helpful

Paul is Honest & genuine . I messaged with a frozen washing machine & had a message back really quickly. I’d accidentally put the child locks on & paul told me how to fix it by message. Many others would have charged a call out but his honestly saved me time & money. I had called Samsung and they wanted to book an engineer with a cost. Highly recommend paul

Great honest, friendly and reliable service

We've just had Paul in to repair our washing machine (problem turned out to be a faulty heating element).

The service we received from Paul is fantastic. Straight away I got the sense that this is a person you can trust to do a good job. He turned up on time, quickly diagnosed the fault and popped back two days later to fit the new replacement part.

Paul showed us the new part prior to installing, and left the old part with us so we could see what a state it was in - and so we knew exactly what he had changed. He also made sure the kitchen was exactly as he found it (even to the extent of rolling our non slip rug back into position!) - this is a rarity nowadays in my experience.

Safe to say I have Paul's number safely stored in my phone should I need him again in the future, and a fridge magnet with his details also :)

5 star in every sense - thanks Paul!
