Business overview

Perrys School of Motoring will soon be celebrating 34 years in business. Formerly based in Cheshunt, where we have trained many, in manual and automatic to successfully pass their driving test, with the majority doing it at the first attempt. Now relocated in Great Dunmow, we are looking forward to doing the same for local residents here and also those in surrounding towns and villages. To add, I'm a fully qualified ADI Grade A instructor, which is the highest grade achievable on a standards check test, with almost 40 years teaching experience.

Perry is an amazing Driving Instructor. His experience and knowledge are second to none.

Being a nervous student, I really appreciated Perry’s calm approach and it massively helped me with my confidence when driving.

I passed my test earlier this year and it’s all down to Perry. I can’t thank him enough.

Brilliant instructor

Perry was everything you’d look for in a driving instructor - enjoyable to talk to, patient if (when!) you make mistakes and always explained things well. I passed first time with only one minor thanks to him. If I had to do it again, I’d go with him without a doubt.
