Blow out!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service. They were over 30 minutes late to decorate the venue, no apology or anything. As soon as the staff walked in, they told me and my family to blow up the balloons and put them up ourselves. I was completely shocked and angry as they rushed the set up and made me do their job for them, when it was agreed that they would set all the balloons themselves. What did I pay them for? Do not ever use these people, they can’t be trusted and they will make you blow up your own balloons! What a joke!

WORST PARTY SHOP. would not recommend.

Bought some helium balloons for a party, opened them up at the restaurant and saw that they had mixed up the balloons, rang them up and the service was horrible, the staff shouted horrible abuse at me when THEY got the order wrong. Overpriced and overcharged. No refund or any compensation given. 2 days after the party ALL the balloons had deflated and were on the ground. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. EVER.
