Party Line is an established catering equipment hire business based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. It has been running since 1981. It has catering equipment for a variety of occasions and customers, from private individuals, to caterers, and large corporations.We hire a variety of Catering Equipment for all occasions, such as Weddings, Birthdays, Parties and Funerals.

We have four ranges of china and three ranges of cutlery, a silver kings, and stainless steel bead. We stock a wide range of glasses, plus glassware of jugs and salad bowls.

Our table linen is of a high standard, and laundered in house, various size cloths are available to fit all tables, plus napkins to complement your table.

We can also provide 6ft x 2ft 3in tables and 3ft 3in round table, and folding chairs.

Over the past 33 years we have built up and enviable reputation due to our reliability, consistency and competitive pricing strategy.

Village hall wedding

We used The Party Line for our wedding at Rotherwick Village Hall. Being a hall, we had to do a lot of the coordination ourselves which was a little daunting but Graham worked with us and our caterer to get everything sorted and was very flexible with deliveries/collections and timings. We went for the gold band china which looked very effective. Everything came well packed, secured and spotlessly clean - it couldn't have been easier process!! Would highly recommend.
