1Issues of safeguarding with children
1While the PT staff are perfectly friendly the gym is not cleaned very thoroughly (dust balls near matted area). Matt's are too small for adults.
The safeguarding problem is in the men's changing room. The showers are all open plan as is the changing room. I was in the shower when an 8 year old wandered in looking for the toilet. As a teacher I am concerned as if this had been one of my pupils it opens a can of worms with my job. I also don't think young children should be in a position to be in an open shower with strangers. This is a safeguarding issue which I've not encountered when taking children swimming or in any other facility etc.
Would you be comfortable sending your child there not knowing what type of people are using the showers? Me neither. So I have left this gym in favour of manor road who do not have any safeguarding problems and keep their gym clean.

Every staff are manager and have no manners to speak with gym users!!
