Just like to say a big thank you to Sam and his team, the receptionist was lovely totally put me at my ease, and Sam was a total professional.
I literally went in the morning crying and went back in the afternoon to come out smiling .

Dr Jeni is a fantastic dentist, a great clinician and a Welsh speaker and spoke to me of how great the practice was, so I decided to take a cosmetic dentist appointment to this practice only to be met with the most horrific experience of my life.
I was late for an appointment because there was a miscommunication between myself and a member of staff at the practice. A simple mistake which could’ve been rectified. As I was told a time that was not put on the system, I sent an email of complaint as the member of staff at reception was extremely rude and told me I might as well get back in my car, told me it was my fault and raised her voice at me. and didn’t even make eye contact with me which I thought was an extremely poor way to demonstrate customer service, The practice manager is the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever spoken to in my entire life, she accused me of being abusive even though I am gentle natured and didn’t even respond. Avoid

So grateful to Sam the dentist who saw me as an emergency the same day I called, got me out of pain and kept me calm!! See you at my next appointment :)
