caravan falling to bits

I have been to challaborough bay 5 times and no problems but this last time the caravan we stayed in seashore 35 was falling to bits filthy pillow not a pleasent sight seem like parkdean standards have gone downhill also try ordering at the bar via the app when internett is down like it is most days bar staff lazy and no help at all we asked for table service outside which they do no one came after 25 mins we walked out never going back .anyone from parkdean want to see pics or contact me look up who stayed in caravan on june 21st to 25 june this year.
