Too many receptionists

1
Too many off putting receptionists on front desk drinking coffee and gossiping instead of assisting clients. This led to overcharging by over £200 on my bill as no one bothered to look at the bill and explain what had been charged for , far too blasé about the whole service , especially when people are upset about having to attend with their unwell pets

Simply the Best!

I have used this practice for 40 years for horses, dogs and cats, and have had first class service throughout. Everyone we have dealt with has gone beyond expectations and I do not expect to use any other practice.

Thank you for caring

We recently took our dear 17 year old cat Sam to Park Veterinary Centre as he was struggling to breathe and he was refusing to eat. The vet was very compassionate, caring and tender with Sam. She explained the various options and put no pressure on us to make any particular decision. We decided it would be in Sam's interest to have him humanely euthanised. This was done in a very peaceful and serene manner whilst we stroked him. Today we had been sent a condolence card by the practice. We are still waiting for the bill so we can settle up. I would recommend this vets practice.

Very caring

My pet dog had an ongoing illness before she recently passed. We were often here or the Leavesden branch which us nearer our home. My wife and I have nothing but praise for all members of staff at Park Vets. They certainly went over and above on more than one occasion when we needed them. I would highly recommend this surgery for your pet.
