Parcelforce

Promised to leave my Parcels today. Tracking tells me they have never left the depot. Can't speak to a human. Terrible Service Avoid.

I would give this bunch NIL< NONE < ZERO < NADA if it were possible ... NO STARS AT ALL. They said it would be delivered between 10.33 and 11.33 this morning ... no show. And now they are saying they 'attempted to deliver'. This must have been the most silent delivery in the books - I have been here the entire time and remain here and it is a total outright whopper of them to assert they tried. I paid extra to have delivered today for something I am doing this evening - and it is a GREAT BIG NO CONFIDENCE in Party Delights, too - I paid them EXTRA for delivery today. Both these 'businesses' if that's what they call themselves should go out of business immediately. Incompetent. Fail. Not up to the Job. Hopeless. Woeful.

Worst company to deliver your things , lies and lies repeatedly by staff who just pass you on to the next clown untill they close.... just dont

On the friday they sent me a text delivery at 12-30-13-30. Stayed in did not arrive no text why.
Tracking shows it was returned at 19.21 to depot in Norwich.

Today Monday, its not even out for delivery, confirmed on the tracking system and by two seperate operators of Parcel Force.

No reason given, you cant phone the depot, complaints email sent, but they take two days to answer. Going on holiday, what are you supposed to do.?

You wait in two days for the delivery which they dont seem to care about, my parcel sits in their depot another day, where is the understanding, the communication.
One of the worst parcel deliver firms that I have known, nearly always I have problems.
NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Terrible service. Ignored note to leave with any neighbour, no card left through door. Parcel was specifically ordered to arrive on that day as needed. Had to go to depot to pick parcel up, will never use parcelforce again.
