Paramount Options Ltd is registered with Care Quality Commision for personal care and are full members of United Kingdom Home Care Association ( UKHCA). We are commited to caring and supporting individuals in their own homes so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence.

We provide care to our service Users in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis. Our aim is to care passionately about our Service Users and offer support to enable them to live their life to the full just the way they want. We promote independence and deliver personalised service which meet the needs of the individuals.

Paramount Options provide care to older people, people with learning disabilities, people with mental health issues, people with physical disabilities, people with multiple disabilities, people with challenging behaviour, people with dementia, people with drug or alcohol dependence, people at the end of life, people requiring rehabilitation services, people with sensory loss, people requiring specialist ethnic services, people affected by strokes, people with spinal injuries and domestic services.

Once your needs for care and support are identified through an assessment, we strive to offer a flexible, efficient and cost-effective professional service which meet each person's individual needs.

We can provide support to individuals being discharged from hospital that need care or some support with personal care at home. Whether it be when you return home or through the entire discharge process our dedicated staff will give you the necessary support and care you need, and the way you have chosen.

We also provide Palliative care service for patients suffering with a life-threatening illness. Our experienced palliative staff can support you to remain in the comfort of your own home.
