Absolute 5 star service. Furzana is a hard worker, she made me feel comfortable from start to finish and really went above and beyond to ensure her service is given professionally. I have been using her hair and beauty treatments for more than 10 years she is the best in birmingham. I genuinely recommend her to everyone. Myself and my family are regulars customers and every time we go we are over whelmed with her professionalism, she provides excellent service from threading, waxing, facials, laser and hair and beauty. All the staff are friendly and so welcoming.

I have been a customer since 2013...and althought I moved 7 miles away from Paradise I still go there because I wouldnt have my eyebrows done somewhere else. I was very happy to see the ladies after the lockdown

Great place for waxing, threading and laser for Asian and Black skin tones. This is the only place I go, as its less painful than others that I have tried.
Farzana makes sure that she covers all her clients and talks through their skin conditions and needs.
As a black woman it is good to know there is somewhere local that offers laser hair removal at a reasonable price and with good outcome
