Absolutely love this family run business all staff very polite helpful had 2 bedrooms and hall stairs and landing done have used once before cannot fault them will use again. Great business . It all looks absolutely lovely thankyou so much to all staff

I had my stairs and landing carpeted by paradise carpets. The man in the shop was very helpful, he asked what I was looking for and helped me choose. He quoted for carpet underlay gripper and fitting. It was a very good price half of what carpet right had quoted!!! It was fitted 8days later, the fitter did a good job and was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Having a good recommendation, I went in today with drawings of shape and sizes of my rooms 3 in total that I wanted flooring for. one is an L shaped room. I couldn't find the assistant and called out and he was sat behind a kind of reception desk. He took drawings of my rooms out of my hand before I had even spoken and without asking, pulled a face at the L shaped one and said well how will that be done, or words to that effect. I said I wanted info on quality and prices of cushion flooring, he said all the prices are listed, (they were not) he pointed me back over to them, so I went back over, no prices I could see, he started shouting over no , no not there. I got so frustrated I walked out, he shouted after me and I turned and said, sorry if you cannot get off your bottom to help me I will take my business elsewhere. To be honest if customer service is this bad at this point I dread to think what it would be at point of fitting or if there were a problem, so going elsewhere.
