Truly awful service

Ordered 19:44, called store and got through after multiple attempts at 20:56, told food would arrive within 30mins, writing this at 21:49 and food has not arrived, cannot get through to the store. This is utterly ridiculous and I can assure you that I will be using Dominos or another local outlet from now on as this is far from an isolated incident. Staff couldn't be less bothered when finally speak to someone.
