I’ve been going to this florist for the last 18 years since I lost my daughter.I have always been well looked after by Theresa and Linda. I have always been very pleased with any flower arrangement they have done i would recommend this florist for the good service and their floral tributes etc .

Fantastic service and lovely blooms. Nothing is too much trouble, and very obliging, as I live 300 miles away, they do a superb job.
Chrissy who does the deliveries is praised by my mum the recipient, and myself for her lovely manner.

Terrible customer service

Rang yesterday to order flowers. I was told they could deliver same day which was great. However as they were busy with funeral order they would call me back to take order. They didn’t call me back as promised and it was too late to reorder elsewhere for same day delivery. Very badly let down. Will not use them in future.

Excellent customer service. Provided 2 funeral arrangements exactly to my spec and they were perfect. Still beautiful and fresh today. Fully recommend for friendly, professional advice and excellent quality.

Wedding anniversary flowers

Ordered flowers for golden wedding anniversary and the couple were absolutely delighted with them. Very good service, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.
