Panache Event Decor

Panache did a great job in curating a lohri themed event for our nephew's Lohri function. Going into the event and not having attended a large lohri function before I was unsure what theme would work but Raj was able to provide lots of ideas and work with some of our suggestions and really being these to life in a way I couldn't have imagined. Communication from initial consultation to the event was prompt and clear. The hall decor surpassed all expectations and looked amazing, the attention to detail was incredible. They were able to set up the hall with limited time and remained on hand for the first hour or so of the event to ensure a smooth running.

Panache worked with last minute change in numbers and we're able to accommodate these seamlessly.

Horrible and disgraceful service!
I booked this company to do my wedding decor. 2 weeks before the big day, I handed over to the owner, Raj, a box of party favors (which contained 300 handmade party favors and took over 48 hours to put together) that she/her workers were set to put out on the tables on the day! She stored them in her warehouse. After 1 week of me dropping the box off, 1 WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING, Raj called me to tell me that the party favors were damaged and had the nerve to blame it on me. She said that's the way I "possibly" handed them to her. WHY THE H WOULD I HAND MY PARTY FAVORS IN THIS DISGUSTING MANNER!! WHY WOULD I WANT TO HAVE DAMAGED FAVORS ON THE TABLE AT MY WEDDING! When I arrived at her warehouse to investigate the situation, the state of the favors were horrendous and it was so obvious that they were damaged manually/physically by someone (a human being) either pulling/ripping the design apart with hands or even mice getting in to the box and

Was a pleasure working with Raj. She has a professional approach and most of all listens to what we wanted. The decorations she done for my daughters wedding were amazing and classy. She kept us informed every step of the way and didn’t mind when we changed stuff around. Efficient, excellent time keeping and every little details was on point and the quote was reasonable too. So so happy with Panache events and would highly recommend to family and friends. Will definitely be using again the the future. 5 stars ⭐️

Panache are a great company to work with. There on time, proffesional and do everything to a high quality finish. I have to say, this is the best mandap company i have used and will continue to use for future functions. Everything from the price, the reliability, the service, they are fantastic.
