Palmersville Chippy

I’ve been to this chip twice and both times the chips were absolutely awful. Brown, burnt tasting and soggy, they’ve clearly been cooked in old oil that is past its best. Genuinely the worst chips I’ve ever had on Tyneside. Avoid this place.

The worst fish and chips ever. Tasteless, waffer thin fish, old oil used for frying leaving a awful taste.....

i ordered FISH and a small chips,my order came and the FISH wasn’t their,i rang back and you said i took your order but u never said fish’i had 2 witnesses too back me up when i said FISH! Then i ended the phone saying it didn’t matter but i definitely asked for FISH! THEN i rang again to place another order for my poor old vulnerable nana who’s just came out of hospital wanting a FISH for her tea! and you declined my offer of money and service and refused too deliver too my house saying that your driver didn’t want too deliver to us anymore and when we asked why u said oh i don’t know,that’s very poor customer service we are very regular customers of yours and we’ve never had an issue ever but for yous too say we cannot place another order and that ur driver doesn’t want too deliver too us anymore makes us sick! we will not be using ur services anymore and will not be ordering ever again! thanks for nothing left my poor nana with nothing.
