Worst professional packing service ive experienced
1The items were boxes of fragile antique glass photographic slides and I spoke to Gary there who reassured me they would be packed well and infill would be put in the boxes to stop the glass slides moving around. The price was expensive ( double what we normally pay ) but they were in the highlands and the service sounded like the standard we normally get / better.
We received the slides
1. the boxes were not wrapped as discussed.
2. there was no side protection against impacts.
3. No infill in the boxes so slides were free to move
4. In one box only, extremely heavy 31kg.
Basically they had put bubble wrap on the bottom of the box then put the boxes of slides in and the bubble on top. This is the worse packing I’ve ever experienced.
Avoid to avoid disappointment, this is not the standard that pack and send should and do normally provide.
